LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR 2010 BACKBONE-DEPENDENT ROTAMER LIBRARY

The 2010 Backbone-Dependent Rotamer Library (hereafter referred to as BBDEP2010 or the Database) is distributed under an Open Data Commons Attribution License (ODC-BY). The full license text for the BBDEP2010 license is located here. See the disclaimer below. It has been modified from the ODC-BY-1.0 only under section 4.3 to specify Attribution procedures.

You are free:

To Share: To copy, distribute, and use the Database.
To Create: To produce works from the Database.
To Adapt: To modify, transform, and build upon the Database.

As long as you:

Attribute: You must attribute any public use of the Database, or works produced from the Database, in the manner specified in the license. That is, in software or in papers, you must acknowledge the source of BBDEP2010 either by a link to the webpage (http://dunbrack.fccc.edu/bbdep2010) or by citation of the paper. For any use or redistribution of the Database, or works produced from it, you must make clear to others the license of the Database and keep intact any notices on the original Database.
