Task progress:

The progress of a separate task is measured in terms of how many files have been processed so far out of the total number.

BioDownloader presents progress of every task in the task list

In addition to that you can always check the local folder where the requested files are downloaded to:

You can automatically open this folder in Windows Explorer by clicking the magnifier button:

Task list (global) progress:

The task list progress is evaluated with two variables:

• The number of files processed relative to the total number files of all tasks in the task list.
• The number of tasks completed successfully out of the total number of tasks in the task list.

When there is no activity in the task list (no running tasks) the user is notified about that with a popup dialog window:
